Common questions

Is the free tier really free? Yes — classify up to 3AI systems end-to-end, see the Article 6 reasoning, no card required. We don't sell upgrades by paywalling answers.

What does "expert review" mean? Every paid-tier output is reviewed by a human compliance specialist before delivery — not auto-approved, not sampled. We are compliance specialists, not lawyers, and we're explicit about that boundary.

EU data residency?Yes — hosting, the OVH Managed PostgreSQL database, and OVH Object Storage file storage all run on OVHcloud in France (Gravelines); AI inference uses OVH AI Endpoints, OVHcloud's EU-hosted managed-inference service in France, on open-weight models with no data retention on the model side and no transfer outside the EU.
